Family Plus Membership benefits include:

• FREE admission 362 days of the year at Oakland Zoo for three adults and up to four children (Two adults must be named, the third adult can be an unnamed guest)

FAQs

Can I purchase this membership as a renewal of my current membership?

Yes! We want to make sure renewing members get a full 12 months of benefits. If your current membership has not expired yet, we will extend your membership to be one year from your current expiration date. If your membership has expired, your new expiration date will be one year from the date of purchase.

Can I purchase this membership as a gift?

Yes! During the checkout process you will be required to provide:

• Your own name and billing address
• The first and last name of at least two adults on the gifted membership
• Contact information for the gift recipients including mailing address, telephone number, and email address

The membership cards will be mailed directly to the gift recipient, however the confirmation email that can be used as a temporary pass will be sent to the purchaser. We recommend that you share that email with the gift recipients, both so that they can use the membership immediately and so they know who gave them a year of zoo fun!

How soon can I start using my membership?

Right away! After purchasing this deal, you will receive a confirmation email that will serve as a temporary membership pass. You (or any named adult) can print this temporary pass and start using it today! Please note, members are always required to show photo identification along with their temporary pass or card.

When will my membership cards arrive?

Getting your information from Eventbrite into our membership database usually takes 2-3 weeks. Remember your confirmation email - even for gift memberships - can be used as a temporary pass.

Can I bring an adult as a guest when I visit the zoo?

Yes. Leave one of the adults on your membership unnamed and bring a guest with you on every visit. Remember, a named card member must be present for your guest to be able to enter the Zoo at no additional cost.

Can I purchase more than one membership - one for myself and another as a gift, or multiple gifts for different families?

Yes, you can purchase multiple memberships but you must complete the checkout process separately for each membership you purchase. This ensures the confirmation email includes the correct membership data and can be used as a temporary membership pass.

Can I cancel and get a refund?

No. All EventBrite membership sales are final and non-refundable. This includes memberships purchased as a gift.
